Like all my images, this a photograph. So it should be under Photography, but they won't let me And the admins won't dare to question the right of the masses of course. They need a place to have their petphotos and sharp flowers, right? Would be a shame to spoil their fun.

All honest criticism more than welcome :)

Neat play on words. It's quite a sophisticated piece - beautiful, disturbing, intriguing and repulsive at the same time. Nice balance.

Are you asking what word play is? If you are, here's a link. Specifically in your picture, you’ve used the chords of a stringed instrument to show the discord between man and music/nature/himself. I don’t play a stringed instrument, but it might be neat if you could position the hands as if they were striking a dissonant chord. You would be adding another level of meaning.

Hehe.. I am familiar with the term. I just didn't see the connection to this image/title at once. But yes, the title underlines the "discord" in the image. Thank you for explaining, and for your suggestions.

I wish the face was a bit brighter (same as the hand) , but this is one of a kind beautiful.
