this is so inspiring. i love the expression on the face, very expressive and the whole atmosphere of the image just sucks you in. the colors are wonderful, and i really enjoy the soft but strong contrasts between darkness and light. the background is also very well done and challenges the viewer to interpret, which is something i always appreciate. the only thing about this that bothers me slightly is that his skin seems a bit too soft and smooth with almost no details. compare it to his lips and eyes and you'll know what i mean.
anyway, i can't help but give you a 10 for this, i'd just like to see more like this artwork around here
